What to include
- Which tool it was: tech pack, fit review, HS code lookup or landed cost.
- What you asked ChatGPT, and what you expected to see.
- What happened instead. A screenshot of the panel helps a lot.
- The pack_id or image_id if there is one (ask ChatGPT "what is the pack_id?"). It lets us find your tech pack without an account.
- Roughly when it happened, and your time zone.
Please leave out anything you would not want us to see, such as unreleased designs that are not part of the problem.
Quick answers
- A download link says it has expired. Exports last 30 minutes. Press the PDF or CSV button in the panel again.
- An image did not come through. Use a PNG or JPEG under 5 MB. SVG files can't be used; export them as PNG first.
- My tech pack has gone. Tech packs and images are kept for 7 days after their last change. Ask ChatGPT to build it again from the conversation.
- Deleting my data. It deletes itself within 7 days. To delete it sooner, email us with the pack_id or image link. See the privacy policy.
